After receiving their first communion our youth has the option to become altar servers. Training and directions in this regard will be provided by the persons in charge. There will be occasional meetings and fun activities organized for these servers. They are expected to attend the meetings, especially when they involve some training.
The adult men and women of the parish can also become the servers at the altar. They should know the necessary understanding of the lectionary and have to make sure everything is set for the mass in advance and take care of the altar and various vessels after the mass.
There will be benediction and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament after the mass on every Friday. The adoration will conclude at 9:00 p.m. This is an opportunity for the parishioners to come and spend some personal time with the Lord. Any member of the parish can opt for one hour to be spent with the Blessed Sacrament.
Under the leadership of parish council and parish priest, various other programs aimed at the spiritual growth of the parish will be introduced. Programs like Bible study groups, Alpha, Lenten Mission, etc. will be organized.
