Feast of St. Anne’s & Parish Picnic

Our prayers for beautiful weather for the picnic, Please reserve Sunday, July 21 to attend the Parish Picnic at Howard Ostrum’s Farm, Rich Valley place. Parish will supply beef, buns, & paper plates. Parishioners, please bring a salad, dessert, cutlery, beverage, lawn chair, outdoor games. Please sign up at the entrance to the church if you plan to attend or call the office. A sign-up sheet will be at both entrances of the church.

2019 Regional Mass:

Sunday October 6 at 11 am, Westlock Community Hall. The theme this year is “Handling on Our Faith.”

Mass and Blessings on the Graves July 2019

St Anne’s Blessing of the Graves is on Saturday, July 27 (not July 13) @ 5:00 p.m. Weather permitting, Mass will be at 5 pm followed by the Blessing of the Graves. We will then go back to St. Anne’s Hall for Potluck supper. If it is inclement weather, the blessing will occur at 5:00 pm and then we will return to the Church for the Mass at 6:00 pm, followed by Potluck supper at the Hall.

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery (Naples)- Blessing of the Graves is on Sunday, July 14 @ 5:00 p.m. Potluck supper to follow @ Naples Hall.

Special Rosary – Saturday Oct 27th @ 5:30 pm

October is the month of Rosary when we express our Devotion to Blessed Mother in a very special way.  To mark the occasion, we will have Rosary, praying all the mysteries on Saturday, October 27 at 5:30 pm followed by the Mass.

Journey to Bethlehem – November 17, 18, 24 & 25, 2018

Journey to Bethlehem is an annual event in Fort
Assiniboine. The hamlet is transformed into Bethlehem with
about 200 volunteers working to make it a true holiday
experience for visitors. Those who attend will see what it was
like walking the last mile into Bethlehem on the night Jesus
was born. The event is hosted by the Fort Assiniboine and
Friends Christian Community, but the Journey to Bethlehem
is a non-denominational event. Everyone is welcome. This is
an outdoor event, so please dress warmly.
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tours leave every 8-10
minutes from the Catholic Church
Admission: FREE (Donations will be accepted for the
Friendship Centre.)
